The fruit explodes on the nose, there is a wealth of fruit within, perhaps as a result of his vineyard manager slipping in an extra bit of green-harvesting when JĂ©rĂ´me was on holiday. This is really beautifully balanced, the stand out of the four grands crus. Just the right acidity and very good length. Bravo. Little bits of dark chocolate in with the vivacious red fruit.
