Good folks of organic farming in the very very south of Germany on the Swiss border. Ok!
It’s a textural wine for sure. Nashi pear, flinty minerality, cumquat, mandarin, light toastiness in the max. It’s flavoursome and yet fresh, a cool strain of briny acidity under the more voluptuous fruit profile. Lovely stuff here, full of flavour and character. Pinot Gris) opens with a pure and fresh, slightly flinty and still reductive nose with discreet nutty and flinty notes.
