It has a raspberry, sappy and mossy rock pinotesque stature and according to Xavier it's more sophisticated, richer and more round, so it was very worthy of keeping as a seperate small batch. The 3.5g/l dosage is well hidden and the finish seems to go on forever. It tastes more like a $300 bottle!
